A 30-year proven background in 5-star hotel/hospitality, spa and wellness operations and development has included the senior positions of Development Consultant, Commercial and Operations Development Director, Hotel & Spa Resort General Manager, Spa Director and Head of Department – positions which have included all aspects of commercial and operational business development and evolvement, change management, strategic business transformation/turnaround, growth and maximisation, model and brand identification/development, competitive edge identification, one-to-one senior team coach/mentor, group trainer, assessor, auditor and trouble-shooter. Jennifer brings first hand, first class experience to all aspects of company development, be it conceptual stage from the ground-up or post-opening business and operational maximisation for spa, hotel, wellness, clinic, leisure, retail and associated industries.

Having left behind an Art Director career in 1987, Jennifer began her 5-star hotel management training/career in Australia and New Zealand, returning to the UK in 1991 to commence a senior role at the famous Champneys Health Resort in Hertfordshire. In 1995 she was headhunted for a GM/Spa Director and overall business development role for a first class hotel in the UK, at that time investing in a total refurbishment of existing areas and a large expansion project to include 32 new bedrooms and suites, extended conference and banqueting facilities and a new build, 12 treatment room spa with gymnasium, aerobics studio, exclusive hair salon, thermal, swimming and hydro pools and an adjoining, healthy eating brasserie.

Following the individual and national success of this project, specific demand and requests for her personal consultancy confirmed the need for a highly specialised player in the pre and post-opening maximisation of first class spa, hotel and resort operational and business development, both in the UK and abroad.
